Mr. Tanmay Chowdhury Ms. Ritoprita Ghosh ...for the petitioners Mr. Fazlul Haque Ms. Debangana Dey ..for KMC The petitioners seek mutation in respect of a property situated at premises no.15/2, Galif Street, Kolkata-700003. It is the grievance of the petitioners that though they have made a representation before Kolkata Municipal Corporation for mutation, no steps have been taken by the Corporation.

The Corporation, on the other hand, submits that the petitioners' application was not in a prescribed form and as such, the application of the petitioners was not considered.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I grant liberty upon the petitioners to make an application for mutation in the prescribed form. If such application is made within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, the same shall be considered by the

Corporation in accordance with law within a period of one month thereafter.

Accordingly, WPA 13707 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
