The petitioner complains that the private respondents is in violation of the order of status quo passed by the Wakf Tribunal on 14th March 2016 in Suit No.16. The nature and character of the property in question has also been changed.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to impleaded as a party respondent to Suit No.16 of 2016 and bring to the notice of the Tribunal the violation by the parties to the suit. The Tribunal may pass appropriate orders in accordance with applicable statute and its rules. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
