Considering such fact, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order being No.38 dated June 10, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, 9th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No.385 of 2022. The learned Judge, 9th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta is requested to dispose of the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in Title Suit No.385 of 2022 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. With the above observation CO 2158 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
