Mr.

Dutta, learned advocate, appears for the State and submits a report which reflects that Hare Street P.S.

Case No. 60 dated 22.02.2024 was registered for investigation. The learned advocate also submits that the police authorities on receipt of the information dated 19.04.2024 assessed regarding the accusations and found that the complaint which was subsequently made contained the same allegations for which the investigation was being carried out by the

Hare Street Police Station in connection with the aforesaid case. Later, the police authorities also tendered the petitioner for her statement to be recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Having considered that the police authorities at the relevant point of time has taken steps, and inspite of the same if the petitioner is still aggrieved, she would ventilate her grievances before the jurisdictional court in seisin of Hare Street P.S. Case No. 60 dated 22.02.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14805 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
