The order of this Court dated August 16, 2022 has been complied with by the concerned Officer-in-Charge, Hirapur Police Station. The petitioner has been put back in possession of the dwelling house at Barafkal More, Kora Para, Ismile, Police Station - Hirapur, District - Paschim Bardhaman. The entire incident was diarised. The statement of the petitioner was also recorded. The police report is taken on record.

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

The police authorities shall keep a vigil in order to ensure that the petitioner is not harassed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
