The applicant/petitioner has come up with a prayer for recalling of that order and restoration of the said writ petition by filing application No. CAN 2 of 2025.

The applicant has cited the reason that due to inadvertence and negligence of the conducting learned advocate in following up the Court's list, the matter was dismissed for default since the petitioner could not be represented on the date. Having found the ground as above to be sufficient and substantive, the Court is inclined to allow the present application being CAN 2 of 2025. Hence, it is directed that the order of this Court dated December 20, 2024 is recalled and the writ

petition being WPA 12590 of 2019 be restored in its original file and number.
