1. Affidavit of service filed. Let it be taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the State has filed the report of Gurudeb Sengupta, Investigating Officer, as per which the gold ornaments from both the banks seized and handed over to the complainant.

3. Taking into account the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as when directed by the Investigating Officer.

4. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-

(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with a local surety of like amount of, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate or tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

5. Prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Hence, CRM (A) 2094 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
