A report has been submitted on behalf of the State prepared by the Beliaghata P.S., which reflects that the petitioner is receiving water supply without any obstruction.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that only when the police visits, supply of water is not disrupted.

Be that as it may, since the

police report reflects that there is no obstruction in respect of supply of water, this Court cannot pass any direction(s) to be implemented by the police authorities except to the extent that whenever the petitioner informs the police authorities, the police authorities would render appropriate assistance.

Learned advocate for the petitioner also submits that he may be provided with separate water supply from the KMC.

To that effect, the petitioner will apply before the KMC and it will be the discretion of the KMC to consider such application in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14812 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
