Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation was considered and the decision with regard thereto was communicated to the petitioner. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the decision is not in accordance with law.

Whether or not the decision taken is in accordance with law need not be entered into in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 215 of the Constitution of India and Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

In the facts of the present case, it cannot be said that the alleged contemnors acted in wilful violation of the order dated October 14, 2020. Accordingly, CPAN 668 of 2021 in WPA 880 of 2020 is disposed of. CAN 1 of 2022 in WPA 880 of 2020 is also disposed of.
