Therefore, he does not have any grievance now as to attending his earlier school. His present grievance is regarding nonpayment of arrear salary. Regarding this, I direct the District Inspector of Schools to hold a meeting with the petitioner and the previous school and to pass a reasoned and speaking order whether the petitioner is entitled to get the arrear salary or not. For such purpose he will check and verify his attendance and his leave applications, if there is any. Such reasoned and speaking order is to be passed by four weeks from date and it is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter. The hearing may

be held for more than one day but it cannot be heard for more than three days.

With this observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.

Personal appearance of the District Inspector of Schools, Dakshin Dinajpur and the Teacher-in-charge of the school where the petitioner was working before his transfer is dispensed with.
