Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is in custody for the last more than 5 months. It has been stated that the charge-sheet has already been filed and trial may take a long time.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application on the ground that injuries were in vital part of the body.

I have considered the submissions. The victim and the petitioners are real brother. The fight took place on the property dispute. The injured had serious stab injury. The witnesses are yet to be examined.

Thus, taking into account the gravity of the offence and complicity of the petitioner in the incident the bail is rejected. CRM (M) 788 of 2025 is rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
