IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA

06.08.2024 Court No.35 Item No.07 Subha Constitutional Writ Jurisdiction Appellate Side W.P.A 12805 of 2018 Bhakti Lata Dey Vs State of West Bengal and ors.

Mr. S.K. Ghosh.

... for the respondent no.6.

Record of the writ petition reflects that earlier on 1104-2019, an accommodation has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, there has been no persuasion in respect of the issues canvassed in the writ petition. Learned advocate for the respondent no. 6 is present. Having considered that the petitioner has not pursued and lost interest in the issues canvassed in the writ petition, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA No. 12085 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

All parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
