Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail.

The application is taken up for consideration for subsequent to the order dated September 27, 2021. By the order dated September 27, 2021, report was called from the police with regard to the allegations made by the petitioner as also the tower locations of the mobile belonging to the accused granted bail.

It appears from the report of the police dated September 30, 2021 that the tower location of the accused did not register within the vicinity of the petitioner herein. In such circumstances, we find no merit in the application for cancellation of bail.

CRM 6012 of 2021 is dismissed.
