This Court on 18th September 2015 in WP 16988 (W) of 2015 directed the Managing Committee of the school not to deduct incremental benefit from the monthly salary of the petitioner. The incremental benefit to the petitioner from 2015 till 31st July 2020 has not been, however, released to him till date. The petitioner has applied through the school i.e. Hotor Adarsha Junior High School to the District Inspector of Schools (SE) for release of the said claim.
In these circumstances, the District Inspector of Schools (SE) shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's claim for payment of arrears of a sum of Rs.4,34,792/- with a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively and mandatorily and a copy of the same may be communicated to the petitioner within a period of seven days thereafter.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
