The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter.

This Court is informed that the petitioner is in custody since June 29, 2022.

In view of the above, the learned Special Court under the POCSO Act, North 24 Parganas is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law. CRR No. 2205 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
