The Writ Petition was taken up for consideration on July 15, 2024, when, report submitted on behalf of the State was taken on record. Such report spoke of recovery of the victim as also the victim being produced before the jurisdictional Court for the purpose of recording a statement under Section 183 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

3. With the victim being recovered, no further order need be passed in the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition.

4. WPA(H) 42 of 2024 is disposed of.
