Therefore, the sentence in the 3rd page of the order - "Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today be kept on record." is to be deleted from the order dated 20th December, 2021 and this sentence will not be read in that order.

Other portion of the order remains unaltered. This rectification is made after considering the prayer of the petitioner and this order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 20th December, 2021. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
