Petitioner claims to be owner of an agricultural land where there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents and in spite of informing the police authorities no action has been taken.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioners have already approached the learned Executive Magistrate. Right, title and interest of any property is to be decided by the civil court and this Court will not interfere in respect of such issues. Police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility

and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 13461 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
