Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties. Even on earlier occasions no one represented the petitioner. No accommodation sought for. Several opportunity was given to the petitioner. However, petitioner does not turn up .

Petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking setting aside the Order No. 25 dated 19th May, 2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court , Jangipur, Murshidabad thereby dismissed the discharge petition filed by the petitioner.

It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in the instant case as the case is pending from 2016.

Accordingly, CRR 1914 of 2016 is, thus dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
