1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for the bail in respect of petitioner No. 2, Asrail Sk @ Israil Saikh is concerned.

3. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner No. 2, Asrail Sk @ Israil Saikh is dismissed as not pressed.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and substantial progress in the investigation and the fact that both the petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are females, it is directed that the petitioner No. 1, Jelekha Bibi @ Jelekha Bibi Khatun and petitioner No. 3, Anunra Bibi @ Anoyara Khatun shall each be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of their arrest on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the aforesaid P.S. case.

5. The concerned Arresting Officer is hereby directed to act upon the server copy of this order.

6. Within 21 days from today the petitioner No. 1, Jelekha Bibi

@ Jelekha Bibi Khatun and petitioner No. 3, Anunra Bibi @ Anoyara Khatun shall appear before the I.O. alongwith a server copy/certified copy of this order. If server copy is supplied, learned I.O. shall act upon that.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is partly allowed.
