20.02.2023 Court No.35 Item No. 24 CRR 1920 of 2016 Md. Sadeque Ali Vs.

The State of West Bengal & Anr.

D.Hira Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala, Mr. Pratick Bose.

... for the State Mr. Agarwala, learned Advocate is appearing for the State. However, no one is appearing for the petitioner or the private opposite party even at the second call. Hence, the matter is taken up in absence of the petitioner.

An order of the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Bolpur, Birbhum dated 10.03.2016 in C. Case No. 156 of 2014 is challenged in this case. The Magistrate has dismissed the complaint filed by the petitioner, by dint of the said impugned order.

On perusal of the records and the grounds pleaded by the petitioner, the same are not found to be cogent and sufficient enough to warrant this Court's interference as to the order impugned. Hence, the revision merits no success.

Hence, CRR no. 1920 of 2016 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all the requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
