Learned advocate representing the Bankura Municipality submits, on instruction that, a plan has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.

Learned advocate representing the private respondents denies submission made on behalf of the petitioner. It has been categorically submitted that the private respondents are not making any obstruction to the petitioner for making construction.

In view of the above, it will be open for the petitioner to make construction strictly in accordance with the plan sanctioned by the Municipality. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
