It is submitted that the specimen signature of Nitesh Kumar Rana was not clear and hence the FSL authorities could not render any opinion thereon with the original in the records of the CISF.

It is expected that fresh samples are sent for comparison to the FSL authorities and the FSL authority issues a report at the earliest to the CISF for action at their end.

It is submitted that in respect of two other candidates, reports were awaited by the CISF, who have also not received the letters of appointment. 4.

The CISF authorities shall look into the same and take urgent, immediate and necessary steps akin to the case of Nitesh Kumar Rana, if necessary.

It is expected that the whole process was completed by the CISF and other authorities including the FSL authorities and final communication is made to the three writ petitioners, who are not yet received appointment letters, within a period of one month from date.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. 7.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

11.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
