Learned advocate appearing for the Bhatpara Municipality submits, upon instructions, that the order of demolition passed by the Board of Administrators, Bhatpara Municipality on 24th March, 2021 has been carried in appeal and the same is pending consideration before the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court at Barrackpore in T.S. No. 135 of 2021.

In view of such submission, the parties will be at liberty to take appropriate steps before the learned Court below where the matter is presently pending. No order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
