On 4th March, 2020 is the last date when the matter was taken up any Bench in this Court, though in absence of the parties. Today also no one is appearing for any of the parties in this case. Hence, the matter is taken up for disposal, the same is being an old one. The proceedings in G.R. Case No. 4290 of 2013 under Section 498A/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah is challenged in this revision. The petitioners state that the complaint has not revealed any cognizable offence against him, as such any proceeding against him is only an abuse of the process of law.

However, perused the records in the grounds pleaded, it appears that the same are not cogent and sufficient enough to warrant this Court's interference to the criminal proceedings pursuant to the complaint.

Hence, the revision does not succeed for the reasons as above. Hence, CRR no. 1926 of 2016 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all the requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
