The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that their peaceful possession is being disturbed and the household articles are ransacked. It is also alleged by the petitioners that a large portion of the house was demolished.

An information, to that effect, was furnished on 18th of May, 2023 with the

Officer-in-charge of Kultali Police Station.

In view of the time period which has passed in the meantime (more than one and half years), I direct the Officerin-charge of Kultali police station to forward such information to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district. The Superintendent of Police will enquire into the information within a period of four weeks and inform the steps and/or decision taken by him/her, within a fortnight, thereafter.

In case, the complaint dated 18.05.2023 is missing, the Officer-in-charge of Kultali P.S. will issue a notice for supply of such copy to the petitioners, who would hand over the same, thereafter, the officer-in-charge will act in terms of the directions passed above.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 13734 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
