Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

State and the de facto complainant are represented. Learned Advocate appearing fore the State draws the attention of the Court to the fact that notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure was issued in respect of two police cases. Moreover, the notice was issued in respect of police cases by police authorities who are outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. C.R.M. 6028 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
