Present case has been lodged on 13th June, 2025 by the de facto complainant alleged that on 8th April, 2025 at about 5.30 hrs. one Jamuna Mondal and accompanied with eight other persons caused damages to bamboo trees belonging to the de facto complainant allegedly when the complainant and his brother protested, the alleged person assaulted them with fists, blows and try to kill them by strangulation.

Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that despite repeated request, the injured has not given any injury report. The FIR was lodged after around two months of the incident. The injury report has not been made available by the injured. As per FIR there was no weapon of offence, as the injuries were caused by fists and blows. It is also a matter of record that there was a long land dispute.

Taking into account, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and subject to the condition that petitioners shall join the investigation and cooperate with the Investigating Officer nor shall they threaten, intimidate or contact the de facto complainant and other witnesses in any manner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. 5.
