Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24Parganas/respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 6th May 2019 being Annexure - P8 to the writ petition of the petitioner for higher scale of pay, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative and will communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
