Petitioner complains that in spite of information being furnished with the Inspector-inCharge, Sonarpur Police Station regarding the obstruction created by the private respondents while raising his construction of shop room, no action has been taken by the police authorities.

Since substantial time has lapsed in the meantime, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation with the Inspector-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station enclosing all the documents. The Inspector-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station will assess regarding the correctness of the accusations as well as the documents and take steps in accordance with law, if harassment is faced by the petitioner at the instance of the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13738 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
