The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of the subject Work Education at Maheswarpur Sarada Devi Balika Vidyapith, Village - Shyampur, District - Howrah, she applied for general transfer through the 'Utsashree Portal' on the grounds of her ailments and that the distance between her residence and the school is more than 70 kilometres.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her said application is pending before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for a long time, she is praying direction upon the Commission to dispose of the said application. The 'Utsashree Portal' is now under suspension, as such, this Court is not inclined to pass such direction as prayed for. W.P.A. 13739 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
