In Re : WPCRC 176 of 2022 The petitioner is alleging willful violation of the order dated March 04, 2021 whereby the alleged contemnor no. 2 was directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

Mr. Susovan Sengupta, learned counsel appears on behalf of the alleged contemnors and files four separate affidavits-in-opposition on behalf of his clients, which are taken on record. He submits that the alleged contemnor no. 2 has already disposed of the representation of the petitioner vide order dated December 14, 2022. In view of disposal of the representation of the petitioner, the direction passed by this Court on March 04, 2021 has been complied with, as such W.P.C.R.C. 176 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
