The review application has been filed for correction of some errors apparent on the face of record of the order dated September 7, 2021. In the second paragraph of page 2 of the order, the submission of Mr. Chakraborty was recorded to the effect that the office of the Pradhan received the requisition notice by registered post on August 26, 2021. Records have been produced before the Court. The said submission of Mr. Chakraborty was erroneous and such incorrect facts have gone down in the order.

Mr. Jahan, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the requisition sent to the office of the Pradhan was received on August 31, 2021 and not on August 26, 2021.

Mr.

Chakraborty, learned advocate for the respondents submits the orginal copy of the requisition and

the postal receipts from which it appears that the requisition sent to the residential address of the Pradhan was received on August 26, 2021 and the requisition sent to the office of the Pradhan was received on August 31, 2021.

The apparent mistake in the recording of the submissions of Mr. Chakraborty is corrected allowing this review application. It is a matter of record that the Pradhan received the requisition at the residential address on August 26, 2021 and at the office on August 31, 2021. The rest of the order remains unchanged as these change of dates do not have any impact on the final decision passed by this court. Accordingly, the review application and the CAN application are disposed of.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
