The petitioners are first year Geography (Hons) students of Jamini Roy College, Bankura.

It is the grievance of the petitioners that they have not been given proper marks in Geography practical papers of the first semester by the concerned examiner of the College. The petitioners pray that their practical papers should be re-assessed.

Learned advocate representing the college produces the score sheet of said paper to show that all the petitioners were given more or less average marks. He further submits that some of the petitioners did not submit their notebooks and some of them were even absent in the viva voce test.

Be that as it may, the learned advocate for the petitioners could not show any provision for review or re-assessment of the practical papers under the statute of the Bankura University to which the College is affiliated. This Court cannot entertain the prayer for re-

assessment of the said practical paper.

Accordingly, WPA 13630 of 2022 is dismissed.

Let urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
