Mr. Saugata Sen Mr. Chinmoy Pal Ms. Swati Mandal ...for the petitioner Ms. Sukla Das Chandra ...for the opposite party The petitioner who claims to be the mother of the minor child has challenged the order dated November 27, 2025 passed by the Additional District Judge, 13th Court at Alipore. By the said order the learned Judge directed the petitioner-mother to furnish the full name of the minor child, name of the guardian and father, as appearing in the register of the school, namely, Maharshi Vidya Mandir at Naktala and address of the present place of residence where the minor child is residing at present. This Court does not find any infirmity in the order impugned warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Petitioner-mother is duty-bound to comply with the directions passed by the learned Judge in the order dated November 27, 2025.

With the above observation, CO 1992 of 2026 stands disposed of.
