Record reveals that the petitioner moved this writ petition with the prayer to set aside the impugned memo dated June 5,2009 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda.

Taking into consideration the submissions made and upon perusal of the record, it is found that the present

writ petition is infructuous and hence dismissed being infructuous.
