The petitioner challenges the recruitment process of the year 2009 that was completed in the year 2011. The petitioner submits that the delay in moving in the matter, occurred as a reason of the decision of the Supreme Court dated 19th August, 2015 passed, inter alia, in SLP (C) 15163 of 2009 (Swami Dhyanananda P.T.T. Inst. & Ors. Vs. Amar Seth & Ors.).

This Court is of the view that the writ petition has been filed belatedly in the year 2016. Be that as it may, the issue with regard to the recruitment process of the year 2009 cannot be revived or agitated in the year 2024.

Hence, no order can be passed in the writ petition. WPA 10670 of 2016 shall stand disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
