Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she was assaulted along with her parents. However, in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken. Additionally, it has been alleged that the parents have been driven out of the residence.

State has submitted a report which reflects that certain family disputes and also maintenance case being filed at the instance of the mother of the present petitioner against the private respondents. There was earlier Nadanghat P.S. Case No.

85/2020 dated 02.03.2020 registered which ended in a final report as 'Mistake of Fact'. The report of the State also reflects that because of the disputes and differences, proceedings under Sections 107/116 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were also drawn up by the police authorities against the private respondents.

Having considered the fact that there are disputes and differences and there are some accusations which have been made, though the same were addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman on 13.02.2023 and more than two years have passed since then, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Officer-in-Charge, Nadanghat Police Station who would consider the contents of the representation and inform the steps taken by him to the de facto complainant within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13745 of 2023 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
