The writ application has been preferred challenging the petitioner's termination order dated 21.05.2026 issued by the respondent no. 8.

It is the contention of the petitioner herein that as directed by this Court in WPA 6319 of 2026, the petitioner's representation was directed to be considered by the Assistant Labour Commissioner. The petitioner herein without any reference to such consideration has approached this High Court on the ground that in the meantime the petitioner has been terminated.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that as per instruction received, the conciliation has failed.

Considering the nature of the issues/disputes raised by the petitioner herein, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate forum for the relief as prayed for in the writ application.

The writ application at this stage being not maintainable stands dismissed.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
