Mr. Goutam Sen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner places a decision of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education signed by its Deputy Secretary dated January 8, 2024, the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the transfer of the petitioner teacher has been allowed by the Board of Primary Education hence, no further cause survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

Accordingly, learned advocate for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 13746 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is expected that, the Board shall give an immediate effect to the transfer decision.
