1. In view of the fact that the decree has already been executed and possession has been handed over to the decree-holder, the review application has now become infructuous.

2. In any event, the applicant by written instruction dated 16th August, 2023 has informed her learned Advocate to withdraw the review application and stay application without prejudice to her rights and contentions. This is not being appreciated, in fact, the grounds of review we have carefully read and we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed under review.

3. Accordingly, the review application and the stay application stand dismissed.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. The letter of instruction dated 16th August, 2023 is kept with record.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
