The petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw the present application as it is not in proper format as prescribed under the POCSO Act and the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file afresh to agitate the same points.

The petitioner is also granted liberty to take back the certified copy from the department replacing the same with photostat copy.

The revisional application being CRR 2129 of 2023 is, thus, dismissed by treating the same as withdrawn. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
