The said Executive Engineer, PWD, Tamluk Division by a communication dated 23rd November, 2021 addressed to the learned State Advocate has stated that there is no encroachment in front of Plot No.300, 309 and 312, Mouza- Krishnachak, J.L. No.267 at Contai-Belda Road.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Executive Engineer, PWD, Tamluk Division dated 23rd November, 2021 in the form of instructions addressed to the State Advocates and the documents enclosed therewith are taken on record. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
