Petitioner complains that the information furnished with Frezerganj Coastal Police Station were not acted upon and were reduced to General Diary Entries. According to the petitioner she has been subjected to mental torture as well as financially she has suffered because of the act and actions of the teacher-in-charge of the said school. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the issues which have been canvassed in the General Diary Entry are absolutely within the domain of the administration of the said school.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that there are two other writ petitions which

are pending relating to the transfer and also relating to the salary of the petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute, I am of the prima facie opinion that there is a difference between the school administration and the present petitioner facing inconveniences outside the school premises. In case the petitioner is faced with inconveniences which is blown out of proportion, petitioner would inform the same to the police authorities who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13750 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
