1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. It is fairly submitted at the Bar that the co-accused persons similarly circumstanced with the present petitioner have already been given the benefit of anticipatory bail.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions and especially the ground of parity, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar, Nadia in G.R. case arising out of Krishnagar Kowtali Police Station Case No. 1019 of 2021 dated 14.10.2021 within 15 days from today. On his appearance and application for bail he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
