The petitioner intends to participate in the 7th State Level Selection Test for Assistant Teachers, 2023 to be conducted by the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being allowed to fill up the online application.

The eligibility criteria to participate in the said selection test is that the candidate shall be a Post Graduate with 50% marks with B.Ed or Graduate or Post Graduate with 45% marks with B.Ed before July 29, 2011.

The petitioner admittedly has obtained his B.Ed/ Graduate/Post Graduate degree after the said cut-off date, therefore is not entitled to participate in the said selection test.

W.P.A. 13753 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
