Report submitted by the Commissioner of Police, Chandannagar Police Commissionerate is self-explanatory. Let the same be kept on record.

The next dates have been fixed on and from 16.08.2023 to 21.08.2023. The witnesses who have been cited by the learned Special Judge have given their written declarations before the Commissioner that they would appear on the date so fixed.

The learned trial court thereafter would fix a regular schedule as it deems fit and proper so that rest of the witnesses can be completed by October 2023. The learned court would take steps so that the verdict of the case is pronounced within a reasonable period of time after the examination of the witnesses is over.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2130 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
