Mr. Ganguly, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that because of the non-supply of the copies filed under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, he is not in a position to advance his arguments in respect of the prayer for quashing of the proceedings. Mr. Goswami, learned advocate for the CBI is present in court.

I have perused the enclosed orders along with the revisional application and I find that the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are yet to be supplied to the accused persons including the present petitioners.

It has been submitted that the case is fixed on 15th February, 2022.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned special court would ensure that the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are supplied to the petitioners and the accused persons on the said date and the said process should be concluded within a month thereafter.

This court has not gone into the merits of the case. The petitioners would be at liberty to approach this court, if so advised, at the appropriate stage.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1820 of 2021 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
