This is an application for restoration of C.O.1834 of 2022. The said civil revisional application was dismissed for default on August 22, 2022.

Upon perusing the explanations given in paragraph 5, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from attending the Court when the matter was taken up for hearing.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of. The order dated August 22, 2022 is recalled. The revisional application is restored to its original file and number.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the contesting opposite party no.1 as also upon the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1 in the learned court below. Affidavit-of-service to be filed on the next date.
