It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had ssi Ct 14 crept into the order dated 22.03.2023 passed by this Court. At the 4th line of the order-sheet, in stead of "26.02.2012", it should actually be "20.06.2012". The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 22.03.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
